RECONCILE is an effective, person-centred consultancy 

. Phil Ahern, it's Director, specialises in the delivery of Professional Development seminars , Conflict Coaching  and Mediation ADR.

Phil began his career as a  teacher in Australian Secondary schools and so  he  believes that automatically gives him  the right to claim expert status as a Conflict Manager !!  ! He is an award winning public speaker, former career guidance and relationship counsellor and continues to practise mediation.

In 2002 he was awarded a Master of Conflict Management from the University of South Australia and in the next three years lectured in South Korea and China. Upon his return, he established RECONCILE.
Phil's professional development courses demonstrate  an extraordinary repertoire. On the one hand, he has written and delivered leadership and conflict resolution seminars to Prefects and SRCs' in Victorian schools as well as conflict and compliance courses to government  departments across South Australia.
RECONCILE does not just boast tailored seminars, our highly flexible and well integrated work, prove it.
The Logo has changed over the years from the early one above to the latest one on the Home Page but the meaning and  message of the image  remains the same.
