IPhil has designed and delivered many half day, full day or two day seminars and they are  all different  because your workplaces are unique. ! Via interview Phil tailor makes a Conflict seminar for your organisation.
You might want individuals in your workplace to learn some basic conflict resolution and communication skills OR you may want a thorough seminar and consultation on dealing with organisational conflict and how to transform that into positive change. Either way, there is a seminar to suit.

CONFLICT COACHING 

is rapidly becoming a widely recognised
professional development intervention.  It is the process by which a coach and client
communicate one-on-one for the purpose of developing the
client's conflict related understanding
and interaction skills. Participants will learn more about
conflict coaching, where it fits within the Alternative
Dispute Resolution field, its applications and some of the
models.

Mediation and Negotiation

Mediation or  ' assisted negotiation ' is a process through which an issue , which is weakening a business or personal relationship,  can often be brought toward resolution. aIf the issue is not 100 % resolved then a mutually acceptable agreement may be arrived at. At the end of the mediation a 'Memorandum of Understanding' is written up and , although it is not legally binding, it is a statement of good faith and one which can be referrerd to and built upon.

Conflict Coaching

 

 
conflict resolution in the workplace     is a comparatively new and very exciting form of Alternative Dispute Resolution. Phil works one-on-one with his clients to discuss ,clarify and learn new skills to better handle conflict responses in certain situations. Conflict Coaching can be used

* as a part of Executive Coaching to help senior managers be aware of and appropriately develop their own positive conflict handling styles and those of others

*  as a pre-mediation caucus

*  as an individual strategy to plan for a potential conflict.

* As a means to assist students at school to more productively work through their problems

There are many needs that people have that could be helped through Conflict Coaching.
A unique innovation is the introduction of Conflict Coaching via Skype . Additionally, if clients do not feel comfortable speaking face-to-face, they can communicate via  the phone.
